With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of proptech, real estate, and enterprise operations, Chris has scaled and sold three companies and raised more than $500 million for startups and real estate ventures. His investment portfolio includes 800 multifamily units, 20 venture capital funds, and more than 30 companies. Chris is known for partnering with founders and operators to help build high performing teams, differentiated products, and scalable go-to-market systems. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Real Estate Tech & Transformation Center (RETTC), supporting initiatives that advance technology adoption and innovation across capital markets, operations, and the broader built environment. Chris has always been fascinated by architecture, construction, and the inner workings of buildings. He has worked with both B2B and B2C companies across the housing and logistics landscape. At On Deck, he launched the PropTech and Logistics Investing vertical with several breakout companies. At Drop Locker and Laundry Locker, he helped expand dry cleaning locker solutions into more than 80 cities, partnering with companies such as Tide Cleaners (Procter and Gamble), PressBox, DashLocker, and others. He is active in several industry organizations including the National Apartment Association (NAA), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Chris also serves on the Chastain Park Conservancy Board in Atlanta.
