Karnal DC serves notice to contractor over tardy lifting of wheat

He also asked to get a case registered against the contractor if he fails to do the job. “I have directed that a show-cause notice be issued to the contractor for slow lifting. So far, he has lifted only 25 per cent of wheat from the grain market while the weather conditions are not good,” said the DC during his visit to Jundla grain market.
