Voltron is no stranger to time skips. Plenty of things have returned from the past in Voltron... particularly regarding Honerva. In the Voltron: Legendary Defender season 8 trailer from New York Comic Con, Honerva flashes between her younger appearance, her Haggar appearance and her current appearance. The Gladiator Robeast from season 1 also makes a comeback. Could this suggest that Honerva's messing with time? She pretends not to care for Lotor, yet she truly does. This is apparent by her actions, reactions and words said by her and the show's crew. She wants to make up for her mistakes, all the wrong doings she did that affected him. Maybe she wants to bring back her and Lotor's past? Including Altea. It is possible with all the power her Alteans posses. There's always alternate realities in which Altea still exists too.
