Ingredients: 1 whole duck Juice of 3–4 mandarins Salt and pepper, to taste Homemade teriyaki sauce (recipe on my channel) 2 large apples, cored and sliced 3–4 squeezed mandarins (optional, to place under the duck) Kitchen syringe (for mandarin juice) Foil Method: Squeeze the juice from the mandarins. 🍊 Strain it to remove the pulp. Trim off the excess skin and wing tips from the duck. 🦆✂️ Inject the mandarin juice all over the duck in small amounts. Season the duck with salt and pepper, starting from the back. 🧂 Rub the salt and pepper well into the duck with your hands. 🖐️ Brush the duck well with homemade teriyaki sauce. 🍶 Line the baking dish with foil. 🥘 Place the duck in the dish, breast side up. Season the breast with salt and pepper. Brush the breast and inside of the duck with teriyaki sauce. Stuff the duck with apple wedges. 🍎 Secure the opening with toothpicks. 📌 Place the squeezed mandarins under the duck for extra aroma. 🍊 Wrap the duck tightly in foil and seal the edges. ✨ Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 2.5 hours. 🔥 Carefully open the foil and take the duck out. Increase the oven to 450°F and roast for 15 more minutes. Serve and enjoy crispy skin with tender, aromatic meat!
