Amen to that! Singing the praises of Sentinel House, Norwich

This video takes a closer look at Sentinel House, the former Norwich Union/Aviva office building in central Norwich, Norfolk, East Anglia, UK. The building is no longer used as offices and has been converted in a major redevelopment scheme into 199 apartments. I look at the history of the building, its architecture and some of the other buildings around it in the Surrey Street area - including St Catherine’s Close, the former BBC East headquarters. I also recount an amusing story about Sentinel House and its design. Wait for it! Commentary by Ian M Bullock. Video recorded using an Apple iPhone 13 Mini.
