Part 1 of 2 we have here a 2017 Kawasaki KLX140AHF dirt bike came in with a couple of ugly leaking oil engine covers. Both left and right side engine covers were incorrectly assembled after being taken apart for repair. In this two part series I show how to remove the covers and properly reinstall, without using gasket sealer. Part 1 shows the stator (generator) and starter left side removal and installation and part 2 shows the clutch cover side.
