Ciao Amici~ How have you been? A lot of people have been wondering what I'm eating, so I'm going to give you the answer today. As I always said, I don't put much energy into eating. I tend to eat the most abundant lunch among a day, so I'm going to show you my lunch menu today. Today's menu is tofu with carrot, broccoli cheese gratin and yogurt with red beans. The point is to eat vegetables and add protein that is important as you get older. You know you don't have to eat what I eat.
