The COPS trial aimed to assess the use of a cutting balloon technique in patients with calcified lesions. In this touchCARDIO interview, we speak with Dr Antonio Mangieri (Humanitas Research Hospital IRCCS, Rozzano, Milan, Italy) to discuss the challenges in treating patients with coronary artery calcifications and the outcome of the COPS trial.
