I'm Jennifer, and in this video, I'm cleaning fishing globes, getting ready to take down my Christmas decorations, and doing a deep clean of the kitchen and living room. This video is the first in a series for that project. I also put red stain in my hair, and then I made an Asian slaw to go with a chicken breast for dinner. www.epidemicsound.com My friend Judith's channel who crocheted the ravens: / @livinglifewithjudith My friend Allison's channel who made the breast cancer ribbon: / @allisonslifeafter55 Asian Slaw Recipe from the Gordon Ramsay's Healthy, Lean & Fit cookbook: 1/2 small red cabbage core removed and leaves finely shredded 1/2 small cabbage core removed and leaves finely shredded 2 carrots, grated (I used sweet potato) 3 and 1/2 ounces, radishes trimmed and sliced 2 spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced 1 green mango peeled in julienne 1/2 to 1 red chili seeded and finely chopped For the dressing: 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped 1 half inch piece of fresh ginger, minced Juice of 3 limes 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce 1/2 rice vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Rice vinegar 2 tsp, Agave syrup Put all the vegetables and the mango into a bowl with the chili. To make the dressing, put the cilantro and ginger into a blender and blitz until very finely chopped. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the flavors as necessary. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix very well before serving. I also marinated my chicken breasts, but you don't have to.
