If you want to eat Tapas, you have to go to the small Tapas bar inside called Carmen Thyssen. They won't serve you Tapas at the tables, they have a separate menu for those. Let me take you inside this authentic Spanish Tapas bar. Today we are trying Caracoles (snails), Rabo del Toro (Bull's Tail), Carillada (Pork Cheek) and Ensalada Malaguena (cold potato & fruit salad). (We filmed this before the current crisis).
