Today we head down to Radius Fabrications to help a mate with a serious deadline. Richie is building this truck for the Brisbane Four Wheel Drive Show and we’ve got 12 weeks to get it finished. No pressure… In this stage of the build we go through the process of prepping the interior and chassis areas before applying: • Black epoxy primer • Seam sealer on modified panels and structural joins • Spray-on bedliner in the floor and wheel arches This vehicle started life as a wagon, but Richie has heavily modified it — bringing the rear wall forward, fabricating new panels with bead rolls and preparing it for touring around Australia after the show. With a tight deadline we’re working strategically so multiple stages of the build can happen at once. While the poly primer cures and engine fitment begins, we’ll move into engine bay prep and paint so the project keeps moving. Deadlines make things happen. Thanks for watching and following along as we document more of the process. If you enjoy real workshop builds, restoration work, fabrication and automotive paint, consider subscribing to follow the projects coming through the shop. More coming soon. #RoyalzRestorationz #4WDbuild #EpoxyPrimer #AutomotivePaint #Fabrication #CarRestoration
