The Center for Traumatic Stress, Resilience and Recovery provides resilience, clinical and educational services to support Northwell employees and their family members impacted by stress and trauma, including from COVID-19. It is also engaged in research efforts to understand the effect of stress on health care employees, as well as the connection between traumatic stress and health-related outcomes. We offer robust clinical services with the use of evidence-based interventions to community members as well as employees.
