Silbury Hill is a prehistoric artificial chalk mound near Avebury in the English county of Wiltshire. The evidence points to it being constructed in the Neolithic period somewhere between 2750 BC and 2340 BC, which makes it around 4500 years old. The mound stands 40 metres (131 ft) high and covers about 2 hectares (5 acres). According to Wikipedia, Archaeologists calculate that it took 18 million man-hours, equivalent to 500 men working for 15 years to deposit and shape 248,000 cubic metres (324,000 cu yd) of earth and fill. If viewed on a large screen, viewers familiar with the area may be able to identify West Kennet Long Barrow in the distance half a mile away, and Cherhill Monument just over 3 miles away. Avebury henge monument, the largest megalithic stone circle in the world, is hidden behind trees just under a mile away. Filmed on a sunny day in April 2021 using a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone.
