Part 18 of the Indian Constitution covers the Emergency Provisions from Article 352 - Article 360. Article 352 talks about National Emergency or Proclamation of Emergency. The provision for the suspension of fundamental rights had been taken from = Weimar Constitution The idea of emergency in Indian constitution was taken from = Government of India Act, 1935.
