Each year, approximately 4,400 employees care for about 45,000 inpatients. The clinic group specializes in the treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and internal diseases – both in acute care and in medical rehabilitation. YOUR PATH TO A NURSING CAREER IN GERMANY – WITHIN ONE YEAR Start your professional journey with us and become a valued nurse in germany. ACCOMMODATION & LANGUAGE SUPPORT: Live in a fully paid PG Hostel near the Goethe-Institute or another language Institute during your language course in India. We cover the full cost of your german language training (up to B2 level) at the Goethe-Institute or another language Institute. Continue to receive C1 language support and technical training after arriving in germany. COMPENSATION/STIPEND: You receive a regular stipend — even while attending language courses in India. Long-term, secure employment opportunities through structured development programs and individual support. TRAVEL & VISA: We organize and pay for your flight, visa process, recognition procedures, and exams. Arrival support includes accommodation near the clinic, help with registration, bank accounts, health insurance and more. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS – WHAT WE‘RE LOOKING FOR Have you completed your nursing education or training (e.g., General Nursing, B. Sc. Nursing 4 years program from a recognized institution or University in India etc.)? Are you willing to take german language courses (goal: B1–B2 level)? Are you interested in building a long-term career in germany? Are you open to new cultures, systems, and ways of working? Are you a team player who values collaboration? WORKING CONDITIONS – RELIABLE AND TRANSPARENT Working hours: You will work 38 to 40 hours per week across three shifts, with each shift lasting 8 hours. Planned schedule: Your work schedule is planned in advance, allowing you to balance work and personal life. Fair compensation: Extra hours are recorded and compensated fairly.
