The aim of these education series is to provide practicing pathologists and pathologists-in-training with a rapid review of most important histologic features of both common and less frequently encountered entities in daily clinical work. Residents in anatomic pathology may also find these series useful for board review. Since surgical pathology is heavily based on pattern recognition, this collection of short videos is intended to help pathologists identify the essential morphologic features and to refresh their knowledge regarding important ancillary and molecular tests, as well as potential pitfalls that need to be addressed in differential diagnosis. This is not intended to be a comprehensive review, but rather a valuable addition to existent education material, specialty journals, textbooks and pathology dedicated websites.
