SPOILERS for Yuppie Psycho After helping Kate in Human Resources, you can go and check on Chapman on the second floor and he'll ask you to help him get a promotion. After helping him, follow him to the third floor where he'll throw a fit about wanting to work on a different floor. Once his scene is through - the doors to surveillance will be open. Successfully navigating through the area will lead you to a miss-able boss. He's hard to get past initially but this is the easiest way to deal w/ his huge line of sight! the moments i just sat there i was either admiring his design or listening to the ambience because i am a Homosexual I loved him. Wish there was a way to save him instead ;_;
