Ramadan Mubarak! Welcome back to my channel!! Today I’m sharing a Tutorial on my Moms Tandoori Naan Recipe.. We make delicious naan on this everyday to accompany our Salans currys, kababs, etc.. So i thought it would be a good idea to share with all of you guys, because i could just imagine how its like when your starting out with your new tandoor. Practice makes perfect!!!! so get your tandoor our and start today. Let me know in the comment box if you guys would like me to do a tutorial on our whole wheat rotis…. Here are my moms simple tips Don’t over heat your tandoor.. otherwise it will cook very fast from the back and it will be undone from the top. always wipe your tandoor with a cloth or wash cloth before putting on your naan/roti Cover your naan in a cloth or hotpot so it stays amazingly soft and hot. Don’t close the lid on the tandoor all the way, make sure you leave a little gap for perfect results.. Ingredients for the dough are 4 heapful Cups of all purpose flour (maida) 2 tbs yeast (make sure your yeast is active) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp olive oil or cooking oil SO try some today let me know what you guys think?? and don’t forget to give me a thumbs up, comment, Share my videos and Subscribe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
