This week was full in the best way. On Monday we planted 50 cloves of garlic, which felt like the most peaceful way to start such a busy week. Tuesday we were able to get the van and trailer insured and spent time at Jacob’s Farm. Wednesday was extra special. We finally met John Bosch in person and had a long, meaningful lunch and conversation together. It was such a blessing to connect face to face. Thursday we filmed for the final group with John Kirby and helped them get started on the house they built for a family. That evening we met Mark Fulton and his group. It was a full and encouraging day. Friday we continued filming and helping with the house, and that night we had our final meet and greet of the year at Blues. It was bittersweet wrapping that up. Saturday we started building a wall for Jorge so the medical group would have a place to store their supplies. By Sunday, we finished the wall and were also able to complete the house for the family. Seeing it all come together was such a gift. Somewhere in the middle of all that, the construction team arrived and Rafi gave them a farm tour. At the end of the week, some of the kids were able to come over. Unfortunately we weren’t able to have a devotional with them, but it was still sweet to spend time together. It was a busy week, but full of progress, conversations, and moments we’re thankful for.
