How to get LAANC Authorization using Kittyhawk (now Aloft) and Airmap

On July 23, 2019, the FAA opened up the LAANC system for recreational pilots. What that means is that a hobbyist can now request authorization to fly in controlled airspace. That's the airspace generally within 5 miles of an airport with a control tower. In this video I try using two of the three iPhone apps available at this time. Kittyhawk (now known as Aloft) and Airmap and walk you through the process of requesting authorization.
