He faces the actions of his choices, and gets punished every year on the day of his attempted Revolution by England. His scar is from England shooting him in the face, somewhat blinding 13. The scar itself isn't just physical but mostly emotional. Canada helped England, and 13 has a rocky relationship with his brother/cousin (up to interpretation on how you view it) New Spain recently tried to start a revolution against the Spanish Empire, but that was brutally suppressed, and it has been 1 year since New Spain's revolution. Their current year is 1822. (A minor error I made in the video :broken_heart:) France had been stopped, and imprisoned in the mines to work out the rest of her life, at least until she developed a resistance with sending messages to New Spain, and the two trying to recruit 13 into their scheme behind SE’s and the rest of the Empire’s back.
