This week i'm trying something out of Beachbum Berry's cocktail book - “Remixed” This particular recipe is originally by Thomas Mario, food and drink editor of Playboy magazine, circa 1970. BEACHBUM BERRY’S MANGO COOLER -------------------- IN A SHAKER COMBINE: 3oz (90ml) - MANGO NECTAR 1½oz (45ml) - ORANGE JUICE ½oz (15ml) - LEMON JUICE 1½oz (45ml) - VODKA ½oz (15ml) - COINTREAU TOSS IN SOME ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE. POUR UNSTRAINED INTO A TALL GLASS. (DIRTY DUMP!) GARNISH WITH MANGO CHUNKS AND AN ORANGE SLICE.
