While away overseas in Hong Kong and China, the staff of Live Fit Apparel put together a surprise video for CEO Randall Pich to reflect on their journey with the company. Only a handful of the staff were interviewed due to their busy schedules. Some have been with the company for a few months, some have been with him since he started the company from the ground up. Though they all have different journeys and experiences, there is one clear journey that they all share with one another: the journey of work ethic, passion and the undeniable feeling of family at Live Fit Apparel. Randall has not only created a successful business, he has changed the lives of all of his employees- giving them an opportunity to wake up daily with a desire to grow not only with the company but in their lives- to be the best version of themselves.
