Moen 7594ESRS Arbor With Motionsense not working correctly

I just purchased the Moen 7594ESRS Arbor With Motionsense. The wave sensor on top will not work at all. I have restarted the startup process a dozen times. The ready sensor in front works great, and the faucet looks great too. However, I can not get the wave sensor to work. I have replaced the batteries with brand new batteries twice to no avail. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Or did I just get a dud from the factory? Also, I am not able to disable or enable any of the sensors since the to sensor will not recognize anything.... Thanks.
