Yesterday, me and my husband @caferevelotion did a pop up for our good friend and neighbor @messynessychic who wanted to celebrate the one year anniversary of her shop opening @caferevelotion is me and my husband's business where he created a mobile coffee bike and makes all the coffee, and I supply the pastries We wanted to combine both our passions, mine pastries and his bikes and coffees so thus @caferevelotion. We are extremely proud of our business and all the support we've had since we started this year Thank you to everyone that came to celebrate @messynessychic and her beautiful shop and support all of us. We are so grateful for every one of you Also, @caferevelotion is at Place Monge EVERY Friday and Sunday from 8am-13:30pm to serve pastries and coffee! We also do events and pop ups like this one! For this pop up, I decided to do both French and American pastry classics that could withstand the outside température, so I made chocolate and coffee cakes with a chocolate and praline glaze, gateau Breton with raspberry confiture, pistachio and raspberry financiers, kouign ammans, lemon cake with elderflower buttercream and raspberry confiture, brownies with ganache icing, raspberry and lavendar macarons, caneles, and hand painted and hand drawn cookies of @messynessychic storefront. Overall it was such a success, and we are so happy and proud that our vision and what we've been working on and dreaming about has come to fruition
