Visit a goat farm with us on this French Friday Episode showing you life in the gorgeous French Alps. In this farm "La Gliamery" we had the pleasure of visiting, the owner explained all about raising goats and producing French cheeses. What we particularly appreciated was how the goats were well-treated and how passionate the owner was about her animals and how to make delicious goat cheeses. How refreshing to see local farms take care of their animals and not overproduce but craft cheeses with the milk produced. Explore with us and learn more about the French culture, organically. Dans cette ferme, La Gliamery, que nous avons eu le plaisir de visiter, la propriétaire nous a expliqué à propos de l'élevage de chèvres et la production de fromages français. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié était le fait que les chèvres étaient bien traitées et la passion que démontrait la propriétaire pour ses animaux et la fabrication de délicieux fromages de chèvre. C'était top de voir ces fermiers de la région bien s'occuper de leurs animaux, sans avoir de surproduction mais de la fabrication artisanale avec le lait produit.
