At it's height of popularity, it was syndicated on the Talk America Radio Network, and was heard on more than 70 National Radio Stations, along with live and taped shortwave airings on WWCR, and also streamed live on the Internet. The show took a steady stream of call-ins from as far away as Europe and had spirited debate regarding the elimination of the Morse Code requirement, and so much more. The show originated from the studios of KFNN, AM1510, in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona and aired there through June 8, 1997. The show was on every Sunday, nationally for one hour, and locally for another hour. June 15, 1997, it moved to Len Winkler, KB7LPW's office and was broadcast solely on WWCR Shortwave, live and replayed 2-3 times more each week. The final live show was October 26, 1997, the 339th show. It was the ONLY weekly radio show devoted to amateur radio on the commercial bands and may still be the only one EVER! IT'S TOO BAD THAT THE INDUSTRY & THE ARRL (DAVE SUMNER), (OTHER THAN KEN NICHOLS WA7HXZ, AMATEUR RADIO TRADER MAGAZINE, MFJ ENTERPRISES, AND THE LISTENERS), DIDN'T SUPPORT IT.
