As a fan of the more generalist construction of the BSR shoe line, I was stoked put the BSR 3 to the test. This is a generalist training shoe that will work for recreational contexts. If you're needing a shoe for a little bit of everything that has a decent price point, then the Project Rock BSR 3 could be worth looking into. That being said, this shoe is just okay and it doesn't really "wow" me in any one performance category.
