Unnao rape case: Yogi Adityanath government to follow policy of zero tolerance

Breaking his silence in Unnao rape case, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said that his government has been following the policy of zero tolerance against corruption and crime in the state. Yogi has also promised strict action against the rape accused irrespective of his social status and influence. "All culprits will be brought to books. As the case came to our knowledge on April 9, we took prompt action by setting up a SIT for the probe, registered FIR against the MLA and referred the case to the CBI," said Yogi while speaking on the sidelines of a public event in Chitrakoot on Friday.
