A year ago, Anna proposed the idea of making a freeze-concentrated beverage, similar to applejack, but from maple syrup. So, using 3+ gallons of syrup and a ton of Fermaid-O, we ended up with a 20% ABV maple wine that was over 7 gallons! Using our salad spinner technique shown in our apple jack video, we dropped that down by 2/3 using fractional freezing and removing the ice. Then we made eggnog with it! How'd it turn out?
