I was debating on a super slow song or an action AMV... so I kind of picked an in-between. This is how I imagined the song: Kakashi is singing it and in the first two choruses, he's berating himself. (How long will you hide your face?) Stuff like that. Basically, he's mad at himself. Then in the final chorus, he starts talking to Obito, which is why the subject seems to shift.
