Hello guys, here is my little project, converting my road bike into an electric bike. Thank you! the max speed in this setup is about 33km/h on the GPS and fully charged battery (25.2v) after battery starts discharging is going to about 25km/h this motor can handle 12 cell ESC but because was too expensive i bought the 6cell ESC parts list motor: alomejor 6384 120kv 4600w 24-36v paid about 70£ battery: zeee 6s lipo battery 5200mah 22.2v 50c cost now 76£ ESC: surpasshobby kk 150a waterproof cost now 57 vipmoon 2 pack 3ch 4.8-6v servo tester 8£ ballanced battery charger : keenstone c1-xr 100w 6cell I believe comes with battery tester paid about 30£ watt meter: arceli 150a (was not mounted on the bike) cost now 11£ griptape for motor : toomett anti slip tape when i start this project i had different motor esc etc. I didn't know anything about esc/motors battery etc. so with information i got from google/youtube i managed to finish this project somehow. this is not the perfect bike but works fine. i didn't have the tools/screws mounts, i had just the bike. because first time i bought the wrong motor/esc and all the tools, drilling machine, bits, bars screws etc and i had different attempts to make it electric (with chains and sprockets), bets and pinions the total cost of everything was about 750£, so basically a brand new e-bike from the shop and that is legal for the roads in the UK. so i will recommend to think very well when you start a project like this one. i will try to make a video in the future how i started because i have some videos in my computer. thank you.
