Honda RS125 Crank Rebuild

Using a custom built jig to rebuild 1995 and newer Honda RS125 crankshafts. I am using a drop in rod kit available from a company in Japan. The jig is the key component to performing this rebuild to ensure alignment between the two halves of the crank. This service includes new connecting rod, big end bearing, big end washers, big end pin, small end bearing, and checking and chasing the threads on the rotor end of the crank. (please do not bang on the end of a crankshaft to remove it from the cases, use the proper puller tools)
