Alcohol ink and metallics - tips and tricks [13]

Alcohol ink and using metallics, Ranger mixative and Piñata brass. Finally made a video on using metallics and mixatives. When I first started doing ink I found metallics fascinating but also very frustrating and difficult. Took me a long time to sort of get the hang of it - now I'm still no expert but I thought I would share some of things that I have learned about metallics, what works and what doesn't. I might come up with a few more tips and tricks - if I do, maybe there will be a "part 2". Like I mentioned in the video Piñata Brass is my absolute favorite.... and Piñata silver is my absolute least favorite. The Ranger mixatives work fairly well for me, but needs to be handled a bit more carefully and doesn't wort equally well with all colors. What are your experiences with the different metallics and mixatives - can you make them work the way you want them to.....???
