How to steam perfect smooth & silky egg pudding. There are few steps I have learnt while making this pudding. Watch the video to the end especially the part where how I whisk the egg, that is the most important part in this pudding, you wont go wrong if you follow exactly the steps . Step 1. Make the syrup. Step 2. Whisk the eggs lightly with a simple fork and do not use a electric egg mixer. Step 3. Set up the steamer with water on high heat before you start whisking the eggs. Once water is boiled, cook for 9 minutes on low heat . After 9 mins, switch off the fire and let it cook for a minimum of 12 minutes without fire on. Your pudding will be perfect!
