Unlike Seirogan 2000 though, it's a song specifically to serve as a tribute to the 2000 song series. Y.W is a music composer best known for making BMS charts, participating in many BMS-related events—most notably BMS of Fighters (BOF). One of his representative works is HARASSIN' BOSS, a series of fanmade BMS charts that boast an incredible BPM and a range of styles. Three of those songs would later be put in a pack by the name of "Dance Dance Revolution - Y.W MIX 2 -", which also includes Sotsugyou 2000! With an expeditious notechart stylized off of Kita Saitama 2000 and X-DAY 2000, the song itself sounds like a joyful ceremony, hence the title. It doesn't exactly replicate the style of how those songs usually sound, no harsh noise or over-the-top vocal samples, but it suffices for a little tribute to how hellish its charts usually are.
