BRITISH RAILWAYS IN THE 1990's Basingstoke Station on 1st & 4th September 1990 Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Basingstoke Station taken firstly from the multi storey car park on the Down Side along Provident Way, then a view from opposite the Signal Box East End of the station. Filmed over 2 days in early September 1990 a few surprises are captured and several old types of traction are witnessed. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
