For Cole Thompson, music is more than a passion—it’s a lifeline. Diagnosed with stage IV Ewing’s sarcoma during the uncertainty of the pandemic, Cole faced an uphill battle. Under the pretense of a family outing, Cole was invited onstage, where he received his dream trombone, met the musicians, and was gifted private lessons.
