Beer pong and champagne as Team USA celebrates historic United Cup title

Frances Tiafoe said Team USA celebrated with beer pong and champagne after winning the inaugural United Cup in Sydney, Australia on Sunday. The Americans defeated Italy in the final of the mixed teams event to claim the historic first-ever United Cup title. On Monday, with Sydney's iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge as a backdrop, Tiafoe and USA teammates Taylor Fritz, Madison Keys and Jessica Pegula showed off their new silverware. Team USA were considered favourites for the 18-nation tournament based on the strength of a team where all four singles players were ranked inside the world's top 20. The players now head to Melbourne where they will have a week to prepare for the Australian Open starting next Monday.
