First Race of the Year with the Pavement Modified! | Claremont Motorsports Park

We finally got our SK Bean owned pavement modified on the track for 2022! Right out of the trailer the car was fast on old rubber! We ended up time trialing to limit tire wear, which isn’t Little Walt’s strong suit. He would end up starting 5th in the short field. Come feature time there was a battle for the top spots but the cars would end up getting strung out and it was hard to gain anymore positions. He took away a fourth place finish in the green to checkers 30 lap feature. We will be at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Saturday, May 14th and we will tentatively be back at Claremont on June, 16th.
