Indian Samosa Filling Ingredients: 2 cups boiled chickpeas 2 boiled potatoes 1 onion, chopped Some leek, chopped 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp ground coriander Salt to taste 1-2 tbsp ghee or oil Recipe: Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry the chopped onions. Add boiled chickpeas and potatoes. Mash the potatoes and mix everything well. Add cumin, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, ground coriander, and salt. Add chopped leek and mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready to use. Samosa Dough Ingredients: All-purpose flour 1-2 tbsp ghee Salt to taste Water (as needed) Cumin Recipe: Mix flour, salt, and ghee. Add water gradually to form a dough. Dough should be soft but not too hard. Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten into circles. Cut each circle in half, shape into a cone, and fill with prepared filling. Seal the top and fry in oil at medium heat until golden and crispy. Samosa Dip Sauce Ingredients: 2 avocados 2 garlic cloves Some chopped leek 3 tbsp yogurt Salt to taste Recipe: Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Serve with hot samosas. Pudding Dessert Ingredients: Milk 3 tbsp powdered milk 3 tbsp cornstarch 5 tbsp sugar 1-2 bananas A pinch of cardamom Matcha powder for decoration Walnuts and edible flowers for decoration Sesame seeds Recipe: Heat milk until about 80% hot. Mix powdered milk with a little water. Mix cornstarch with cold milk. Add cornstarch mixture to hot milk and stir well. Then add milk with powdered milk and mix. Add sugar after milk is warm to prevent burning. Pour pudding over sliced bananas in a dish. Decorate with matcha powder, walnuts, edible flowers, and sesame seeds. Parathas Ingredients: Paratha dough (store-bought or homemade) Recipe: Roll out dough into flat circles. Cook on a hot pan until golden and cooked through. Serve with breakfast.
