It's a great way to reset on days when you just want get your mind right, begin your day, end your day, etc. It's 10 Minutes of some breathing, light stretches and light walking. If you'd like to go on for longer...you can do the walk 2-3 times. Suggested incline is 0.0% to 3.0% however do what works for you when you do this... Each participant is given guidelines to determine their speed at the start of class. I truly believe that we need to help empower one another to reach new and wonderful levels. It is my vision to make sure participants complete each workout feeling challenged and empowered to come back and do it again!
