Martin Maaloumi is an Experience Researcher and Product Strategist at New Gnosis, a consultancy that partners with businesses to tackle challenges related to their products and services, always keeping the needs of the humans who use them at the heart of the process. Before this role, Martin established Experience Research programs at four tech organizations, varying in size from 50 people to 20,000 employees. As part of this body of work, Martin has had the good fortune to conduct experience research in over 15 countries across five continents.
