Obstruction in Schlemm’s canal: If obstruction met in Schlemm’s canal 1. Withdraw iTrack™ microcatheter 1-2 mm and re-advance. 2. If obstruction met, withdraw iTrack™ microcatheter until back in Schlemm's canal, give 2x microboluses (notches) of OVD and re-advance. 3. If obstruction met again less than 180° passage, withdraw iTrack™ microcatheter from the eye, make second paracentesis and perform procedure from opposite direction. 4.
