The Asbestos ALERT Portable (PRO 1000) is the world's first real-time early warning device that can distinguish airborne asbestos fibres provide a vital first line of defence and prevent prolonged exposure. Asbestos is a category one carcinogen. Commonly used around the world because of its heat resistance properties, it is used in over 3000 products ranging from construction, automotive, marine, transport, and more. Banned by half the world because of the danger of inhaling its fibres, countries like the UK, Europe, Australia, etc who no longer actively use it are still left dealing with legacy asbestos. In the UK 9 out of 10 of our NHS hospitals and 80% of our schools contain it.
