Hot Toddy Recipe: 4 cups of water 1 large lemon sliced 1 cinnamon stick 2 cloves 1 to 3 Tbsps of Honey 1 oz of spirit of your choice per drink Simmer everything, but the spirt for 10 minutes. Strain liquid. Pour spirit into glass then hot mixture. Add on piece of lemon.
