Never Before Heard Kameo! "Tea, biscuits and Made Up Lyrics"

Back in May of 2008 I asked Steve Burke, the composer who did all the music for Kameo Elements of Power what the titles of several unheard music pieces were that were released in three 20 min long medleys. I was lucky enough to receive a response, with titles to these unknown songs! So now, for the first time ever, you can listen to them AND know their titles! The following is from Steve Burke Eveline Novakovic is singing on this track. She did a great job on this, seeing as I didnt have time to write any lyrics until I said Right, meet you in the studio in 10mins, Ill bring some tea, biscuits, and a pen and paper so we can come up with the lyrics. Yeah, I know, but I had literally only just finished writing the track a few minutes before we went to record the vocals. I think I only had about 2 days to write this, as I wanted to get the track in the game. Oh, the final version of the game didnt use this song, but it was fun to write and I used it in a number of internal demos at Rare, so it got a lot of mileage. The lyrics are very cheesy, but it was so much fun to wing it and see what we could come up with in the space of an hour or twos recording time. The one especially cringeworthy line was Its up to you, both Ev and I realised this at the time, but we just couldnt come up with an alternative. I think if this track was eventually used in the game, I would have sat down and rewritten the lyrics in a reasonable timeframe, but hey, it was a demo. Lets call this track Tea, biscuits and Made Up Lyrics.
