Homeland Long beans harvest|I prepared More delicious beyond from the traditional recipes|Poorna

In last few days,I was woken up by bird songs of parrots.I always used to watch them eating long beans.Few months ago,my dad planted five varieties of long beans on there.No matter how many vegetables and fruits we have in our garden, Squirrels and birds eat them more than us. In the morning,I plucked some long beans to prepare some delicious food for the lunch.When I put them in hot water,long beans turned into a beautiful green colour .Then I made some "long bean flowers" and filled them with a flour mixture.It is called as "long bean Vadei".Long bean vadei was very delicious. There was some long beans that mother has plucked earlier that ripped.I prepared a salad from seeds of those ripped seeds.Chopped coconut pieces,onion leaves,pomegranate seeds and burnt chilli was all I wanted to make it tastier. Dad loves to eat dried fish curry cooked with potato.It tastes good when crushed leaves and some long beans were added.I can eat a full plate of rice just with it. Noodles always has topped the my "family favourites".. Mostly,I use beans and long beans to prepare noodles.With Carrot,Leeks and the milky flavor of cheese,Who can't finish the plate.However...If eating noodles is an art..my brother is the picasso of it... Both mom and dad enjoyed their food.That's what I wanted too.... But if dad and I weren't there,there would have been some melo pieces and grapes and leftover. It has became a habit for me to go to the riverbank with Saki to feed fish in the morning.It is really hard to take a walk with Saki because he barks at cows everytime. Some days , I prepare a special bread for teatime.I use curry leaves and Celery leaves to make it fragrant.Also I thought to decorate it with some "vegetable flowers".i used carrot, brinjal, strawberry,tomato and onion to create flowers.When i placed some bell pepper pieces with those flowers ,It looked like a flower garden. Good smelling milk tea couples best with the bread.So I started to make some tea while bread was baking.Some cardamom,ginger,cloves,pepper,cinnamon and nutmeg can increase it's smell and taste. Looks like Saki is not patient either... Dad was readying for go to Kalu mama's home.Mom brought some bananas to the table.Bread,Banana and Milk tea... a perfect combination.Somehow I couldn't eat my piece of bread.Saki ate it unconsciously... Saki is a good food analyst.If he eats food like this,It means that food is great.. Get closer to the nature.Live this short life as a noble human.. May the Triple Gem bless you .. !!
