HOW we plan to grow 700 kg of food on just 100 sqm

It's gearing up to the growing season no matter what the snow on the ground has to say about it. This week I'm just talking a little bit about our strategy for how to achieve our goal and why I think it's plausible. We are actually having a couple of degrees above freezing right now and the snow is slowly melting. I'm finishing up some things on the camper van and am hopefully getting it done and registered this week or next week which is good because as soon as the snow is gone I'm going to be building a greenhouse roof!
