Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch - Chapter 8: The Giants of Good and Evil

Turns out to be a robot, and it's in major need of repair. We all know that this robot is Duo, and he's searching for that evil counterpart of his to destroy him. Our heroes don't know this, but Dr. Light tasks us with finding this other robot while he repairs Duo, with Mega Man on standby in case anything goes wrong. But, something does go wrong, as once Duo is repaired, he causes a ruckus and breaks out of the lab. Mega Man is damaged and can't follow after him, so we do instead. He seems intent on following through with his mission and won't listen to reason so we end up fighting him. This will come back to bite him, as a match in Wily's fortress is interrupted by the Evil Robot crashing the party. From this point on I shall refer to the Evil Robot as "Trio". Thanks Archie Comics. Anyway, the Eighth Numbers don't take too kindly to Trio interrupting the match and get ready to attack him. But he says nuts to that and sucks them all of their powers and flies away. Duo shows up and gives us a hand, literally, in taking down Trio. So now we have ourselves a space battle against Trio. He will use super versions of the Eighths' powers and then follow up with a charge. He can only be damaged during the charge, and only when he's close to you. During the second half of the fight, he will use two powers at the same time. But with the finishing blow, Trio is destroyed. Blown to pieces, and Duo is given new perspective on letting others lend a hand. After the credits, we find out Wily is the one that repaired Trio, and he's got some Evil Energy as compensation.
